PRODUCTS & ORDERING

All our covers are handmade by our Designer, Chrissy Kihm, from our smoke-free, in home sewing studio.  We only use high-quality Cotton or Cotton/Polyester Blend fabrics, which we pre-wash and dry to prevent shrinkage.   Each front cover is then lined with interfacing to add strength, body, and durability.

We accept Milkman’s Garage Electronic Gift Certificates, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via PayPal and Square.

Contact us HERE right away!  We ship within 1-2 business days.  Depending on the time of day, sometimes your order can go out the same business day.

We can change or cancel your order as long as it has not already shipped.  

Any changes to Custom Orders must be made before work has begun.

SHIPPING

We process and ship pre-made orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.  Sometimes we are even able to process orders the same business day!  We ship via US Postal Service, which runs Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 3-5 business days for Free First Class Shipping.  Extra delivery time may be required during inclement weather, COVID-19, and busy holiday shipping seasons.  These delays are out of our control and we sincerely apologize in advance for any unforeseen delays that may occur.

Custom Orders are created in the order they are received .

If you purchase Pre-Made and Custom Order items together in the same order, all items will ship together when your Custom Order is completed.

We currently only ship within the Continental United States.

We offer FREE shipping on all our packages through the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail with tracking information provided via email.

We sure do!  You are able to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express at checkout.  Just click the link in the Shipping field and enter your zip code.  The additional shipping options and their costs will appear for you to make your selection.

Because all our products are pre-made, we ship all our orders withing 1-2 business days.  It is very important that you verify your shipping address prior to submitting your order.

 – If your order was submitted with an incorrect address and we have not shipped your order yet, we are happy to correct your address for you.  Please note if you are paying via PayPal, they require that we ship to the Shipping Address in your PayPal profile.

 – If your order has already shipped and gets returned to Milkman’s Garage, and you have provided us with your corrected address, then we will happily ship your order to your corrected address.  However, you will be responsible for paying for the cost of the re-shipment.

 – If your order has already shipped and gets returned to Milkman’s Garage, and you have not provided us with your corrected address, we will reach out to you via email.  If you do not respond within seven days of our message with your corrected address, we will refund you for the cost of your order, minus the cost of the initial shipping.

CARE & STAIN  PREVENTION

It is best to wash your planner cover with like colors in the washing machine with cold water.  

Lay your planner on a flat surface, or drape over a drying rack to dry.  Although our covers have been pre-washed and dried to prevent shrinkage, we do not recommend drying them in the dryer.  

Remove wrinkles by ironing, with steam, on the ‘Silk’ setting.  Voila!  

Care instructions are also printed on the backside of the Thank You note included with every order for easy reference.

Yes, what an excellent question!  We have personally found success with Scotchgard Fabric & Upholstery Protector.  Available on Amazon and at most local hardware stores.
