Our company processes all orders within 1-2 business days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that, but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Custom Order vs. Pre-Made:

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship, or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade, but pre-made items are shipment ready while custom order items are created in the order your materials are received.


Processing time refers to the time it takes Milkman’s Garage to prepare and ship your order.  Shipping time refers to the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your package.

Shipping Carrier & Services:

We offer free USPS First Class Shipping within the Continental United States on all orders as a thank you for your business.

You may choose to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express at checkout for an additional fee.

We do not ship Internationally at this time.


Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 1-2 business days to be processed.  

Milkman’s Garage is not responsible for USPS delivery issues such as weather conditions, delays due to an influx in holiday mail deliveries, COVID-19, or any other unforeseen delays.  We are happy to work with you and the Postal Service to GPS track your package to help get it to you ASAP, but once it leaves our hands, it is out of our control.

Care For Your Planner Cover By:

  • Machine washing with cold water
  • Air drying
  • Steam ironing on ‘Silk’ setting

Your Planner Cover Can Be Damaged If It Is:

  • Machine washed with hot water
  • Dried in the dryer
  • Ironed with a setting that is too hot

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade.

Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.

Contact us HERE right away!  We ship within 1-2 business days.  Depending on the time of day, sometimes your order can go out the same business day.

We can change or cancel your order as long as it has not already shipped.  

Any changes to Custom Orders must be made before work has begun.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you need to exchange your item for another size within the 30 day window.  

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We are not responsible for USPS issues, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the Post Office will not make a mistake and that your returned item will not get lost in transit.

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Personalized and/or customized goods are non-returnable unless the product arrives defective.

Additional Non-Returnable Items Include:

Items Needed To Complete Return:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be submitted with the return.  

If your item is received damaged, photographs of the damage are also required before return approval can be approved.

There Are Certain Situations Where Only Partial Refunds Are Granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Items:

Clearance items cannot be refunded.

You may receive an email from an independent third party, Customer Reviews, with an invitation to review your order.  If you are a member of our Loyalty Rewards Program, you will also receive 5 points for each approved review you leave on our website.
